3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) okokbet Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be suspended and their balances frozen pending investigation. okokbet is not liable for losses incurred in duplicate accounts prior to their detection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okokbet platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances:
8.1 All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and game assets available on the okokbet platform are the proprietary property of okokbet or its licensed game providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any okokbet content.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations and directives shall prevail in all matters relating to licensed online gaming operations conducted through the okokbet platform.
